The rankings are the results of the tally of the number of residential and commercial rodent treatments the company performed from Sept. 15, 2016 – Sept. 15, 2017. This year complaints are up 32 percent in Chicago. Rats can squeeze through a hole the size of a quarter, and mice can fit through a hole the size of a dime. They can often chew their way in -- making their own entrance hole.
